A new warehouse in Oman needed one crane to move steel structures between indoor positions and load trucks. Rail-mounted gantry cranes only serve a fixed area, so the customer chose AICRANE for a customized, cost-effective and reliable solution, handled from first discussion to installation.

Project Requirements & Challenges
The customer needed one crane that could work anywhere in a new warehouse, not only along a fixed track.
Flexible Coverage: A rail-mounted gantry crane serves only a fixed area. It could not move steel structures to different positions and load trucks.
Compact Size, Easy Turning: The crane had to be as compact as possible, so it could run indoors and turn smoothly.
Limited Installation Height: The building height was limited, so the customer wanted a clear installation plan and to know how to support it.
Our Customized Tire Type Gantry Crane Solution
AICRANE designed a DTL10T tire type gantry crane around the customer’s warehouse layout and handling routine.
Moves Where the Work Is
Running on rubber tyres, the crane is not tied to a fixed track. One machine covers indoor transfers and truck loading and unloading.
Compact Design for Indoor Use
With a 4.5m span and 5m height, the crane is kept compact, so it can operate and turn inside the warehouse.
Installation Planned with the Customer
Because of the building height limit, we agreed the installation plan and the customer’s role with them in advance.
Results & Value Delivered
AICRANE handled every stage, from early discussion and design to manufacturing, shipping and installation. The crane was completed on 2 August 2026 and now moves steel structures flexibly inside the warehouse. The customer was satisfied with the result.
