Operating within confined spaces with strict height clearances, they sought a highly flexible, cost-effective crane to manage engines and generators while maintaining the capability for occasional outdoor relocation and operation.

AICRANE faced several engineering and operational challenges in following up on the project:
Spatial Constraints: Limited indoor height, narrow door frames, and structural columns prevented standard cranes from entering or maneuvering.
Versatility Requirements: The equipment needed to lift heavy engine blocks while transitioning seamlessly between indoor and outdoor work environments.
Budget & Technical Barriers: Initial custom quotes exceeded budgets, and the onsite team lacked the expertise required for complex crane installation.
Our Solution
To address these challenges, AICRANE designed and delivered a customized DTL rubber tyred gantry crane.
1. We designed a custom 10T RTG with optimized dimensions, featuring crab steering and Ackermann steering for maximum maneuverability.
2. Engineered a dual-purpose mobile structure ensuring stability for heavy engine lifting and flexibility for cross-site transit.
3. Optimized shipping logistics and applied promotional discounts to meet budgets, while providing complimentary onsite engineering guidance.
