The customer faced multiple constraints when upgrading their lifting equipment, including aging infrastructure, fixed workshop dimensions, and concerns about adopting new crane technology without disrupting existing operations.
Aging Equipment: Existing overhead cranes, installed decades ago, could no longer meet current production demands.
Fixed Installation Constraints: The workshop dimensions were based on Soviet-era crane standards with limited flexibility.
Performance & Compatibility Concerns: While considering Chinese equipment, the customer worried about performance reliability and compatibility with existing operating habits.
